Cancellation Policy

At BURST NEURON, we strive to provide a customer-friendly cancellation policy. Please note the following:

  • Timing of Cancellations: Cancellation requests will only be considered if made immediately after placing the order.
  • Shipping Limitations: Once orders have been shipped, cancellation requests cannot be entertained.

Refund Guidelines

  • Product Quality: Refunds or replacements will be considered if the dash cam is found to be defective or not meeting our quality standards.
  • Damaged Items: Customers must report damaged or defective dash cams to our Customer Service team within 2 days of product receipt.
  • Verification Process: Refund/replacement requests will be processed after our technical team verifies the issue.

Warranty

Our dash cams come with a standard manufacturer warranty. Details will be provided with your purchase.

Refund Processing

When a refund is approved by BURST NEURON, it will take 6-8 business days to process.
